Habitat for Humanity Veteran Homeowner Application
We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. Dear Applicant: We need you to complete this application to determine if you qualify for a Habitat for Humanity house. Please fill out the application as completely and accurately as possible. All information you include on this application will be kept confidential.
This form will request you to attach electronic copies of your current lease, rent receipt or cancelled rent check, all of last month's bills. If you do not have these documents available electronically, you can mail in a copy of them to our address listed above or drop them off at the ReStore on Silver Street
